I made this sandwiches long time ago. I have
my blog (Japanese) and I think I post this sandwiches as well, but I'll pick up some veggie menu from my Japanese blog for a while.
The potato salad is very simple to cook; boiled potato, cucumber, onion, and mayo. Roughly mixed them, then sand with lettuce, sliced ham.
I think it's a little bit too many carbohydrate, so I won't cook this often. But definitely healthier than a cheese burger!!
